The much-awaited Boracay swimsuit show of the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant gave off a party vibe as the delegates danced to the music onstage while each one of them took the runway.
Pageant veterans asserted their frontrunner status by claiming spots in a special selection announced towards the end of the program held at Aqua Boracay on Saturday evening, April 5.

Returning candidates Ahtisa Manalo from Quezon Province and Katrina Llegado from Taguig City were among the eight “Aqua Boracay Angels,” a group that also included 2017 Reina Hispanoamericana Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez from Muntinlupa City and 2023 Miss Earth-Air Yllana Marie Aduana from Siniloan, Laguna.

They were joined by Baguio’s Gwendoline Soriano, Cebu City’s Gabriella Carballo, Pasay City’s Amando Russo representing the Filipino community of Pennsylvania, and Ifugao’s Valerie West representing the Filipino community of New York.
The 67 delegates paraded in either white or black swimsuits and played with flowy pink capes that touched the floor. They strutted down a pathway sandwiched between two swimming pools.
Thirteen more ladies, meanwhile, were declared as Arete Tagaytay Goddesses:
- Tyra Goldman, Bohol
- Sasha Lacuna, Tarlac
- Juliana Fresado, Iligan
- Chelsea Fernandez, Sultan Kudarat
- Jarina Sandhu, Isabela
- Maiko Ibarde, Benguet
- Bianca Ysabella Rei Olay Ylanan, Quirino
- Larsine Grace Jensen, Camiguin
- Taylor Marie De Luna, Malay, Aklan
- Shaina Rabacal, Camarines Sur
- Chanel Olive Thomas, Nueva Ecija
- Zoe Honeyman, Quezon City
- Eloisa Jauod, Laguna
The ladies are competing to succeed Miss Universe Asia Chelsea Manalo as Miss Universe Philippines, and take part in the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand in November.
The 2025 Miss Universe Philippines coronation show will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on May 2.
